A Secret Clearance is a prerequisite, with the flexibility to transition to other shifts in the future, and prior experience working in a Cleared Room is essential.

As the on-site lead for system operation and technical issues, you’ll be at the forefront of our integration efforts, guiding the team with precision and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include performing initial triage, analysis, and reporting of observed issues, ensuring seamless technical planning, and oversight of day-to-day integration activities. You’ll provide structured integration plans for team members to execute, communicating effectively with stakeholders through documented issues and meetings.

  • Your role will also encompass coordinating software build installations/updates and regression testing, with a hands-on approach to hardware at some sites and a software focus at others. Additionally, you’ll review and revise test procedures as needed, ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability.
  • In addition to your primary duties, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining our systems, providing support to maintainers, and mentoring junior engineers in system and radar concepts. You’ll collaborate with external partners on hardware investigations and resolutions, leveraging your expertise to drive success across all fronts.
  • To excel in this role, you’ll need a diverse skill set, including familiarity with hardware and firmware, advanced troubleshooting abilities using a variety of tools, and intermediate to expert proficiency in MATLAB. Your exceptional communication skills will be key as you brief leads and team members on observed issues and collaborate with external partners.
  • You’ll bring a wealth of experience to the table, ideally holding a 4-year degree with a mechanical or RF background, and possessing a minimum of 3-4 years of prior site and/or radar integration/operation experience. Whether you’ve graduated from an operator role or gained extensive experience at one of our radar operation sites, your knowledge of major subsystems and interfaces will be invaluable.

As a US Citizen with a Secret Clearance, you’ll be entrusted with the critical work that shapes our nation’s security landscape. If you’re ready to embark on a thrilling journey where innovation meets excellence, apply now and become a driving force in our mission. #cj
