Sharing knowledge and excellence
Our employees are encouraged to create new frontiers, not just while working for our customers but also by contributing towards the larger technical fraternity. This includes publishing technical papers, attending conferences, internal R&D projects and Technology Demonstrator projects. We help employees to share their learnings through publications and conference presentations like the ASME IGTI Turbo Expo, or AIAA SciTech.
Employees are rewarded for contributing ideas to our “Innovation Portal” and creating solutions for continuous improvement for customers and the overall Quest Defense business.
We have partnerships with leading software/technology companies (Ansys, Nvidia and Microsoft) to deliver proof of concepts and ideas for innovative and next-gen solutions.

“I enjoy working with the (ever-growing!) team here at Quest. I like sharing my knowledge and experience and helping the younger engineers get up to speed on working with GE. It’s also great having the Consulting Engineers available to provide guidance and insight on projects. Finally, the monthly happy hours and team meetings help me feel connected to the broader team here.”- Bill Lau

“I like working at Quest because of the people. Over the years, I’ve had a few different managers and I’ve enjoyed working for every one of them. Everyone is easy to talk to and open. And all of my coworkers have always been fun and supported. Everyone is always willing to help when there’s a problem that needs solved.”- Samantha Thaxton

“I enjoy working at Quest Defense because of the great team atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help each other out and share their knowledge, and that allows us to do our job better”- Sean Bex
