We are seeking achievers, high performers, and fearless challenge-crushers who embody the following characteristics and skills:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize computational tools to conduct thermal and/or CFD analysis for gas turbine components and turbomachinery.
- Prepare geometry and mesh for analysis.
- Set up models and perform analyses.
- Post-process and create high-quality presentations of results.
- Thoroughly document all work in compliance with customer requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on findings during formal technical reviews.

Required Skills (Technical Competency): The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses strong collaborative skills, as there will be significant interaction with customer teams. Listening to their concerns and proactively offering solutions is essential for building strong customer relationships.
- 3-6 years of experience in Engineering Analysis; Aero-Thermal experience is a valuable asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Exposure to Aero Engines is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work under time constraints, maintain composure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ANSYS Fluent or CFX.
- Familiarity with Star-CCM+.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Enjoys collaborating with dynamic, diverse teams and values a fun working atmosphere.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and a willingness to obtain a DoD Secret/Collateral clearance.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly office-based with occasional involvement on the shop floor.
- Extensive use of telephones and computers.
- Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines, which may require early or late hours.
- Typical 8-hour workdays with a lunch break, totaling 40-hour weeks; core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM.
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
