Roles & Responsibilities:
- Update Long Term Agreements, and support the buying process for a given set of parts.
- Create Purchase Orders in regards to quantity, confirmation date, ship date, and delivery date.
- Support negotiations and allocate demands to specific suppliers.
- Update Price Negotiations Memos (PNMs)
- Create RFQs
Required Skills:
- 3+ years' relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with:
- Aerospace/Aircraft Engine suppliers
- Experience with IMPACT is desired will train
- Software Experience
- Box
- Purchase Order Documentation (PODs)
- Long Term Agreement (LTA) modifications
- Purchase Order modification and placement (Commercial and Military)
- Price Negotiation Memos (PNMs)
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with MS Office Suite.
Desired Skills:
- BS or associate’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED.
- Experience in ERP, Oracle tools.

- Support relationships with suppliers for PO execution, problems solving & schedule changes.
- Ability to interact with employees/managers at all levels with good oral and written communication skills
- Provide inputs on value-adding opportunities from all areas of supply chain including Planning, Supplier Quality, Source Fulfillment and Sourcing Processes.
- Manage consistent operational excellence on the assigned Parts (i.e. metrics, partner interaction, OTD, Cost and responsiveness).
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8-hour days plus lunch / 40-hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
